All cancellations need to be done prior to 24 hours of the appointment time. This can be done by calling and/or leaving a message ahead of time.

Appointments are locked at 10AM of the appointment day.

We value the time of all of our clients, anyone who is more than 5 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule. This ensures that we are able to provide the quality hairstyles and superb craftsmanship you have come to know and love.

No Call No Shows and same day cancellations will forfeit their deposit.
